Workspaces
The Workspaces window within the Settings tab of AutomatR Orchestrator application provides a list of all available workspaces, empowers users to manage and configure workspaces, users, and their roles. Users can add new workspaces, assign roles to users, and control user details. The window serves as a hub for managing workspace-specific configurations, ensures efficient organization and administration of workspaces, contributing to a well-structured AutomatR Orchestrator environment.
Add New Workspace
You can add a new workspace to the AutomatR Orchestrator by entering workspace name in the Add New Workspace section.
Click + button after entering the workspace name to add the new workspace.
Workspace List and Details
When a new workspace is added to the list which displays all the available workspaces. You can view more details by clicking on the newly added workspace:

Add User to Workspace
You can click on the + button from the Workspace Users Manager section to add a new user to the workspace. This process involves the following steps:
Enter User Email: Users need to provide the email address of the new user to be added.
Select Role(s): Users select role(s) for the new user from the drop-down list. The roles available are Admin and Workspace Manager. For more details refer User Roles section.
Click the Add button to add the new user to the system.
You can view the newly added user in the Workspace Users Manager table list.
User Roles
Within the AutomatR Orchestrator application, user roles define the level of access, permissions, and responsibilities that users have in managing and interacting with the platform. The Admin and Workspace Manager roles within the AutomatR Orchestrator application have distinct responsibilities and privileges.
